Being OK with not Being OK

What would be the one thing that you would BE differently in preparing yourself if you were starting again?

When Sue Revell ~ Women on a Mission carefully asked me that question in last week’s Women on a Mission podcast, my first answer was, ‘I would be myself’. However, knowing that was just a surface-level answer, I concluded: “I would have liked to BE OK with not being OK.”

This has been one of my biggest growth areas and is a key part of living life The Heartworker’s Way.

Learning to welcome all my emotions and learning to understand the difference between thought and thinking is one of the things that have helped me calm my overthinking brain.

Creative self-expression is one of the ways I help refocus and reconnect to my heart centre.
