Time of the Winter Equinox

The equinox brought us the most stunning full harvest moon and sunset yesterday, but the signs and sounds of the changing seasons were already in the air.

For the past week, the farmer mowed the field on the hill we look out onto. In the same field, the Canadian geese flock, using it as their yearly temporary landing strip to rest and strengthen for their great journey south.

This week’s Annie and Eva doodle story is inspired by their noisy daily flights overhead as they come and go and gather.
