A Beacon of Hope – RIP Captain Sir Tom

“To all those people who are finding it difficult at the moment, the sun will shine on you again, and the clouds will go away.”

Today we say goodbye to Capt Sir Tom, who died from Covid in hospital after a bout of ill health.

He walked his way to a century and in doing so, he managed to touch the hearts and lift the spirits of people all around the world. It was simply love in action.

Capt Sir Tom will forever be a shining example of spreading light in the dark. Thank you and may the sun shine on you forever more.

(Did you know? Capt Sir Tom had raised £32,794,701 for charities supporting the NHS, from more than one-and-a-half-million global donors!)

Love,
